To qualify for my awards, the following must be adhered to:
1. Your site MUST be family and child friendly, and, your site MUST be animal friendly. I will not tolerate any type of violence or abuse or glorification thereof to children, women, animals, or any other life form, be it verbal or physical, visual, written, suggested or implied.
2. No Adult sites; no nudity, no swearing, and no links to adult sites whatsoever.
3. Your site must be a reflection of you and must not be a series of links to other sites.
4. Check your pages and links to be sure they work properly.
5. Unless the graphics, backgrounds, etc. are yours proper acknowledgment, credit and a link back must be given to those individuals and websites where you obtained your graphics, midi, etc.
6. Page loading and navigation must be fairly swift and easy. I understand the internet highways are heavy, and I will allow a certain amount of room for technical difficulties beyond "our" control.
However, if your page crashes my computer, I will not return to your site.
7. All my awards are given as an acknowledgement of hard work and recognition. My awards, however, are mine and copyrighted and remain the property of "Reflections" and "Skyline Designs" although they are posted on other websites.
My awards are not for re-use, or distribution and are not to be altered in any manner.
If you have any problems if an award is given to you, please feel free to contact me and I will assist you as best I can.
Instructions will be given as to the URL all my awards MUST be linked back to.
8. If you win one of my awards, you MUST upload it to your own server;
DO NOT link the award presented to my pages for any reason.
If this is done, for any reason whatsoever, you may be prosecuted for remote loading and bandwidth theft.
9. You must be able to receive your award via email transmission.
10. All websites that apply for my awards must be in English. I cannot give awards out to sites that I cannot understand what is being said.
11. Please specifiy the award you are applying for. Please do not ask me to choose an award for you.
11. I reserve the right to present the award(s) that I feel is most appropriate for your site which may or may not be the award(s) you are applying for.
